  • Each member of an organization will play a role as either a leader or follower at any given time. Communication in these roles may vary but the strategies used to communicate are often similar and can make an impact on how you are perceived as a leader or follower. For this discussion:
  • Describe a situation in which a leader is well liked and followers have a high regard for one another.
  • Contrast this to a situation in which leaders and followers disagree or dislike one another.
  • Describe how you think the second situation can be improved by applying effective strategies for communicating and resolving conflict.

Your initial posting should be at least 150 words, and you must make reference to the work of another writer (either as a quotation, paraphrase, or summary) to provide support for your ideas.
